The Role : Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)
We are looking for a second Registered Dental Assistant to join our growing clinical family. The ideal candidate isn’t just someone with the right certifications; it’s someone with a heart for service and a friendly, neighborly spirit.
What You'll Do:
● Provide exceptional chair-side assistance to our doctors during a variety of dental procedures.
● Utilize advanced dental technology, including digital X-rays and intra-oral cameras, to enhance patient care.
● Ensure patient comfort and education throughout their visit.
● Maintain a clean, sterile, and organized clinical environment.
● Collaborate with our front desk and hygiene teams to ensure a seamless patient flow.
What We're Looking For:
● Current Texas RDA License and X-ray Certification.
● A positive, “team-first” attitude.
● Excellent communication skills and a gentle chairside manner.
● Nitrous Oxide monitoring certification is a plus.
● A passion for being part of a local Denton small business.
